Default Should I get Ivan (SubyDuz) Health Insurance?

So here is the deal, I can add Ivan (SubyDuz) to my health insurance since the only requirements are that we have lived in the same house for more than 1 year. So should I do it. And of course he would have to pay the difference in my costs.

pros: Help a friend, cuts down on his costs

cons: company think I have teh Gay

poal to come

I voted yes. It's ok to come out of the closet.

If you can help a brotha out, why not? I'm sure you're secure in your sexuality. We know you're not gay. But Bi...that's a different story.

Does this mean that Cassie gets a three way?

okay, here is the deal, I will do it, but in order to qualify the following has to be meet according to company rules.

we have to sign an affidavit.
have to execute a domestic partnership agreement or the equivalent. or meet at least three of the following four conditions

__A. We have common or joint ownership of a residence (home, condominium, or mobile home)

__B. We have at least two of the following (please check which two apply)
__ 1) Joint ownership of a motor vehicle
__ 2) Joint checking account
__ 3) Joint credit account
__ 4) Lease a residence identify both partners as tenants
__ 5) Durable power of attorney for health care or financial management

__C. The domestic partner has been designated as the primary beneficairy for at least one of the following (please check which one applies):
__ 1) The Employee's life insurance
__ 2) The Employee's will
__ 3) The employee's retirement savings plan

__D. A "relationship contract has been executed which obligates each of the parties to provide support for the other party and provides, in the event of the termination of the relationship, for a substantial equal division of any property acquired during the relationship.

Now I that said we do own a car together, and I can and would list him as the primary beneficiary on my life insurance, as long as it is written somewhere that my mom actually gets the money. and I think for D, all we have to do is type something up and have it notarized.

So little diabetic buddy let me know what you want to do.

Well you see.... Jon would technically then be cheating on Ivan to be with me. So I just want to know if Ivan is the jealous type and if I should be worried.

I don't want to be a cause of a "divorce" or breakup
