Default back from the dead

i just got my 98 s back fom the dealer . the head gaskets blew.
i asked them if i need to break the engine in after the new gaskets were installed and they said no "u can drive like u normally do". should i do anything diffrent . i don't want to be doing this again.

what they have told you is correct...

you can drive normally if they only replaced the head gasket...

had they replaced the short block, or whole block -
you would need to break the engine in all over again...
