Default Alfa Romeo 8C vs. Audi R8

I think these are two similar cars but done with a different approach. I want to see what OT thinks about each. The Alfa Romeo will probably be about 30% more expensive but will be produced in smaller numbers.

honestly...the AR 8C looks similar to other cars on the market. the R8 looks like nothing else, in my mind. i would drive the R8 over the 8C.

Alfa is pure sex0r. It would be right up there with Aston in terms of absolutely stunning automobiles.

Everything on the Alfa comes together well. I'm not much of a fan of the Alfa nose, but it looks good. The Audi, seriously needs to go back to design school. Scoops. slats, black body panels for the helluvit is really stoopid.

My thoughts exactly. That alfa is the best looking car I have seen in a long damn time. The audi really doesn't do it for me, and that dark patch on the side just ruins the lines of the car. The front is too edgy, and the rear just doesn't make any sense. I would give my left nut for that red car though.

Alfa for sure, no contest. The Audi isn't ugly, but they messed up bigtime. Not sure what they were thinking on that one.......

True....but Audi's AWD and I'm not so sure about Alpha's reliability. I mean...Italian cars and reliability....then again...the Fiat we owned was back in the 70's. Things are probably better nowadays.
