Do you mean HID (HIgh Intensity Discharge)? Several members have these installed, just search on STI HID.

This would be one of the most covered topics on this board so if you do a search you will probably find just the info you are looking for.

You're going to spend over half your budget to get new headlights and wheels? Heh.

$10000 US or Canadian?

If U.S, I would suggest:
Intake, Turbo back exhaust, headers, big single turbo, injectors, fuel pump, adjustable FPR, and a TEC II. This'll cost you roughly $8000 for an additional 200hp.

$8k is cheap for doubling the power of the stock WRX, especially if you can do your own work (excluding dyno time).

An example:

AEM Cold Air Intake - ~$230
Turbo Back Exhaust - $1100
Headers that replaces "Up Pipe"- $1200
Injectors - $500
Adj. FPR - $130
Fuel Pump - $150
TEC II w/ all necessary sensors - ~$1500
Big single turbo (~$800-2000)
Misc costs - $500

Even with a $2000 turbo (i.e. HKS GT3037) it's still under $7500 for a big HP Monster/Sleeper. It should even be cheaper once HKS/Trust/etc start making turbo kits for our Scooby.

I think you would probably need some serious tranny upgrades to handle all that hp
