Default Water pump?

Well, I started smelling coolent when stopped, but I couldn't find a leak anywhere. Untill the car was stopped on an incline.

Coolent was leaking from in between the timing belt cover and the block. My best guess is it's the waterpump. I'm guessing it didn't take the added power of the Turbo in stride, so it quit.

Now, I highly doubt a dealer will warrent it considering the car has a huge intercooler on it, so I'm wondering, how hard of a repair is this? I'm considering taking it to a local mechanic, and having them change the belts and hoses while they're at it. If a Subaru dealer won't warrent it, I don't want them touching my car.

So, any suggestions/experiences/ideas? Should I be worried that it's NOT the water pump?

BTW, the car survived the drive home with the temp guage at normal.

The turbo doesn't really directly affect the cooling system, so I would at least take the car in to the dealer and ask.
