So you are importing a car that is not sold in Canada and you expect the manufacturer to jump right on it?????

i *think* there is supposed to be some agreement between SOA and Subaru Canada with regard to warranty issues and the like... Is this not what the OP is arguing about? That SCI won't warranty his car if it comes up or something?

No, his problem is the Certificate of Conformity (i.e. conformity to Transport Canada standards) that is required before the vehicle is even admissible to Canada...

that's correct and SCI has since resolved the problem but I can't delete or edit post.

hondaslayer while it's the list of all Suby's...... STi and STi Ltd are the same car with different trim packages....so the problem was it being a 2007 not that it was a Ltd.
