Default SAFC Question

All right I just got my SAFC and im going to install it sometime this week. I just have a couple questions to make sure I dont ruin my car. Yes I have searched for this but I want to find 98RS specific info unless its pretty much the same for 98-01 minus the wiring diagram.
1. How do you remove the kick panel so you can get to the ECU under the carpet on the passenger side?
2. What site has the BEST wiring diagram? I have already seem scoobymods.com, northursalia.com, and tried Lagging.com but that sight doesnt work. scoobymods.com was for a 2001 so that didnt help and the ravensblade sight was unclear to me.
Thanks for the help in advance everyone.
Kyle

Kickpanel is held by 1 nut and 3 screws. Use a 10mm socket to unbolt them. You have to first remove the carpet which is held by a plastic push-pin located on the upper right corner.

Lagging.com was the best place and now I don't know what happened to them. This sucks because I need the wiring diagram too.

The 98 pinout is here: http://www.northursalia.com/m...ng/1998ecu.jpg and is drastically different from the 99+. There are 3 diagrams at the top of that picture. Basically, once you pull your carpet back and expose the ECU, you will see that it has one big connector going into it. The diagram on that page is just a blow-up of the connector from the wire side- basically, ignore everything except for the largest connector diagram with the biggest numbers. Each one has a number, and at the bottom of that page are the numbered locations of each wire you will need. It should be fairly straightforward. It is the same one from Lagging/ForceFed4.com. Tmat3, the 2001 ecu pinout diagrams are located in that same directory on my site (http://www.northursalia.com/m...ng/wiring.html)- there are 3 pictures total for the 2001.
