I don't in anyway shape or for have an E-shirt representing Kingpin on here when using my own personal screen name which I've had before becoming an employee for Kingpin. So comments that I make "outside" of the employee name are just that. why don't you go make more threats of harm about mike over the internet

How about this.

Why don't you ship the product to the customers before they pay and see which percent pay with in terms, and how many you have to chase around.

I bet you'll hear alot of the same bull crap that you've been spewing about refunding money....

This attitude above is why your shop will fail, and continually fails to deliver on promises made to customers.

This is just so sad to read. Here I was banned last month for telling the truth about how they ripped me off. But now I see that I am not alone. All that time you guys harrassed me for ratting KP out and now it's happening to you.

I feel for all of you. The frustration KP can put on a person is unreal.
As for me, lawsuit is "filed" , just waiting on our fabulous criminal justice system to notify us of the court date. If you want you all are invited. I have a couple guys already lined up to attend. They are very interested in personally seeing KP go down.

So, I'll jump back on this "band wagon" and offer my .02 worth as needed
Wow Mike you really do think you're the **** don't you? Keep smiling dude.

You won't hear any slander, libel or misinformation from me. And my teenage son is no longer allowed to post under my screen name so my post might not be as prolific.

Good luck to all of you in your quests to achieve satisfaction.

PS. I just fired off a letter to Nick asking for the banning of these guys, I attached some documents that I would hope convince Nick to do the right thing. It wouldn't hurt for all of you to take some time to do the same.

peace*

Ok Guys. First off I want to apologize for my bad attitude yesturday. It was a long day and it was uncalled for and I am sorry. Dave has been doing and excellent job over the past 2 weeks taking care of any unresolved issues. It looks as tho he has just about reached our goal of having everything taken care of before the New Year. I will update with the info I have and then I will get out of his way, as I said I would, and let him continue to do so. If there are any other issue yet unresolved please call or pm him so he can take care of it.

Bret-I am sorry for the dealy in you refund. I made the request for fund transfer last Thursday. I have spoken with paypal and you are correct it has taken to long to arrive. I made an error in my request so that is squarely on me. I have corrected it and requested that the fund transfer be expedited. I also informed them that we are attempting to refund the payment you made and informed them if you file a dispute we will not refute it. I also asked them to pay the amount immediately and withdrawl the funds from our incoming transfer if a dispute is filed. If there is anything else we can do please let me know.

petawabit-I was unaware that your refund had not reached you I will follow up with the CC processors first thing Monday AM.

Virgil-No need to apologize buddy. We are strait. You know we love you! How could we not with a forrester that sexy?!

Thanks again everyone and Happy New Year!!

Time for these guys to be banned. How do you live with yourself mike, all you do is screw people over and over and then offer pathetic apologies and false promises to buy yourself some more time. I was a moderator over on the vivid forums awhile back and then that went to hell because vivid was doing the same thing your doing now. Should have paid attention in BUSINESS ETHICS.

Pathetic. Obvious need for this kid to hire a professional management type or else he goes under. Natural selection (In the business sense) will take care of this on its own if they continue to perform in this less then above board manner...

That was 17 days ago that the cams and refund were "en route back to you".
Those darn shipping elves anyway.

Who do you use ? The Pony Express (pulling the bandwagon)?

hey jeff i have an idea. why don't you buy something from one of us, say a rotated 35r kit for 4500. pay us for it. we will then ship it out whenever we feel like it, probably 6 months later. then when you ask us where your kit is, we'll tell you its either on the way or we'll take care of it next week but we really dont.

then you can ridicule us all you want. (or join the bandwagon as mike says)

what a bunch of BS. this is nothing new for you guys over there. i think the funniest part is how you have plenty of money and time to build your own RHD RWD super drift car. don't you think you should take care of the poeple who make it all possible?

exactly, they couldnt refund everyones money if they had too and now with this big lawsuit they are screwed. i know they owe big money to three different engine builders but cant pay. they take payment for product and spend it on their car, strippers and porn. can you say overextended.
if they owe you money or have your car, get it out while you can. the walls are coming down.

They owe big money to me. 5 figures.

Ironically, the best thing these guys could do for themselves is ASK to be removed from this site rather than wait to be banned. Everytime they post something it is like they are taking that next shovel full out of the large hole they've dug themselves.....oh wait, that's right, KP didn't dig the hole all us bandwagon riders did.

Mike, you can keep telling yourself that you are doing the right thing. That's what compulsive truth benders do. But in reality you have done wrong and we all see this as plain as day. Doing this to a customer once is forgivable but you have repeatedly proved to all of us who you really are.
