Default Help! ej20 won't start, getting spark, inj. not firing

I just finished my swap (2002 wrx motor into 95L) and its not starting. I have fuel pressure, the spark plugs fire but we tested a connector for an injector and it appears that it's not firing. Any suggestions?

also my check engine light is not on for some reason. It might also be worth mentioning that I had to splice in a connector for the crank position sensor and it got a little sketchy trying to improvise some shielding for it... dunno if that could cause this.

well, this morning I checked to make sure the injectors are wired to the right connectors and they definitly are but I still don't think they're firing. I checked the power supply for them and they're definitly seeing 12v as soon as the key is in the on position but the ecu isn't allowing them to fire I guess. Any thoughts???

also what is the line end connector? I tried connecting it and unconnecting it, no difference as far as I could tell...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't injector reference voltage only supposed to be 5v or .5v

Are you using an USDM 02 wrx ecu? I had a problem before when I had an Australia spec ecu because it had an imobilizer.

Also if the crank position sensor isnt reading correctly the ecu wont know that the engine is turning, so it wont give any spark.

update:

Car runs beautifully! starts perfect, barely turns over before its running! Pulls HARD but cuts fuel at 5000 because of the speedo sensor not being wired yet. I think there's a leak in the up pipe cause full boost doesn't hit until like 3200 at least, but from there to 5000 is sweet.

now just to get that speedo wired...
