Impreza GC8 Best offer - PA: PEP MIL Eliminator (2)

Hey all.

I have a brand new PEP MIL eliminator that I'd like to get rid of. These are meant to eliminate the CEL you get when you install a cat-eliminator pipe. Does NOT work for high-flow cat pipes.

http://www.ponyexpressperformance.co...liminator.html

(Also sold on Boxer4Racing and other sites.)

They're $19.99 retail, I'll take best offer.

No PayPal. Check will be fine, I prefer money orders but for something so small, so long as it doesn't bounce, and I don't have to kill you.... then things are fine.

Bonus! Will throw in free... I actually have two. I had one that I used, then took off because it wouldn't work for me. I had a high-flow cat, later found out that this doesn't help. Actually causes a different code.

That one, the wires are cut off *very* close to the unit itself, but if you're savvy you might be able to peel back the black rubber coating and get it to work.

Anyway, get these off my desk.

=S2=

I wonder if these would work for the CEL i'm getting from my TWE headers...

Header wrap is probably a better idea for me though :P

If anyone local to me picks these up, I could possibly buy the short-clipped one from you I have no issues with wiring.

Here's why I have two.

I bought one from Boxer4 I think it was, as I thought it was needed with a Stromung HFC.

So I installed it, and got a P0136 or whatever it is, for electrical issues with the O2 sensor. Ended up contacting PEP about the MIL, they shipped me a new one for free.

Before installing it, I dove in to research and found out that it should NOT be used with a HFC. It's for catless pipes (race pipes) only. Plus, I ended up re-selling the HFC, going back to the stock one to save $$ and cut back on noise.

So... basically... the spare one they sent me is what's for sale. Yes I got it free, but I had to pay for one anyway, plus all the pain I went through, and I'm selling for best offer/under resale. So for those concerned about me ripping people off, it just ain't true. (In case anyone was thinking this was a bit odd.)

Anyway, I don't know if the old one can be used, I don't know if there's honestly enough wire there to salvage. But I figured I'd toss it in just in case.
