I'm currently building a intercooler sprayer for my WRX TR. I have the tank and hoses and what I think to be good misters, but we will find out. The only thing im having a hard time with is finding a strong enough pump. I tried one from schucks and sprayed enough water out, it just wasn't a mist. Any recommendations. I'll take recommendations on misters also if you have any.

Read an article in autospeed magazine that tested water pumps and it said...the pump from a Nissan Pathinder 4WD Light washer sprayer had the highest pressure from the one's they tested. Go to a junk yard and get one. They didn't specify year.

here, this is jorge's homebrew injection kit.
it would work amazingly well as a ic spray set up. i have some bits around here... i could part with it for about $100 shipped i have a brand new, never used adjustable boost switch, a brand new fast acting solinoid, a used mist nozzle, some fittings, and a almost new 60psi sureflow on demand pump. http://www.projectwrx.com/modules.ph...howpage&pid=34 |
