real overdrive means-

In a 6 spd (STi) 6th is the same FD ratio as 5th in a WRX

In the Si, I am guessing the 6th ot 5th is higher than regular Final drive

If I were to get a new Si, It would be this, it looks better than the 2door in my oppinion, but I still love my 05' Si

For the $$$

This is a really nice compliment to the Honda Line

the fact that you can now get a 4 door is =

The Fugi Blue (whatever it's called) is a cool shade of blue!! Love it

Dislikes:

I hate the new double deck dash: with the Digital speedo so high up
that anyone driving next to a new Civic knows exactly how fast your going!
..... last thing i need is to have cops look over at me & read my own dashboard
never mind that steering wheel...come on Honda!!! they have killer looking
steering wheels in their parts bins allready : & they go throw that
reject piece onto the steering column.

Since 100% of the driving experiance happens while looking
in the same general direction of the dash/steering wheel
- these two factors would kill
my decision to buy it.

Subjective = Yes

.02 cents

105" wb + 4 door + <5years old = big car allowance!

I'll go drive an LGT (finally) today. A co-worker and I are thinking about picking the same brand when we have to replace our cars. He's a big Honda fan and sent me the link. He's evil....pure evil

wouldn't the other driver or the cop just have to look down at his or her own dash board to see just how fast your going?... if your passing them your going faster than them.... if they pass you your going slower... if he's looking at your dash... he's most likely going the same speed as you.... and the only one that really matters here is the cop...

but if he wanted to know your speed he would just use his trusty lidar .... but i could see how having a really high dash could be annoying.... not to mention distracting....

I considered a 06 Si, but chose a 04 WRX over it. I am glad I went with AWD and not FWD again.

Finally Honda comes out with fun to drive 4 door sedan. Its about time.

The only Honda I ever thought was fun to drive was a random honeymoon car in France, Honda Accord Estate(aka Acura TSX in the USA).

Not bad, but I still wish that we'd get the hatchback models over here that they get in the UK.

Yep, the UK hatch is awesome, I would buy one. Any word if it will be coming over? I need a new car next summer.

Cool car, but I just can't get into the styling inside or out.

I was considering the 2-door SI, but for the same price I could get a GTO.

I drove it at lunchtime. I was greatly underwhelmed. They've promissed to give me a call when the Bspec comes in to give it a chance. I'll test a 2 door Si tomorrow.
