Default cel p0103 what to do?

I was cleaing my engine bay and I went to drive and my cel came on . I read it with my ap and it said..Mass airflow circuit high input

I figured I got it wet? I'm not sure. What can I do to fix it?

do you have an CAI or cone filter, sometimes if water hits the maf sensor the code could appear.

try cleaning the maf and resetting your ecu.

also,try putting p0103 into the search, i've seen lots of people with the same problem.
