Major is a large corporation that has dealerships that sell cars from Acuras to Volvos, and most car types in between.
I orginally haggled for a white RS, after 3 visits and numerous misdirection attempts, we agreed on a price. (When I asked for for the price, the sales manager replied " If you buy the car today, I will give you a price. Otherwise it is around $20000, depending on what options you want.) Then they tried to bait and switch. They could not swap for the car with the options that I wanted and haggled for and told me that they would just adjust the value for the options that they could get. I told them to forget about the car and give me my $500 downpayment back. I have called them 8 times now in 5 weeks. My credit card has yet to see this charge reversed. Oh yeah forget about a meaningful test drive. They let you drive the car at about 35mph for about 5 minutes. Something about this dealership attitute resembles the electronic stores in and around times square. The "don't need you, because there is another sucker around the corner." Thumbs down, 'nuff said.

You better write to your credit card company SOON, and ask them to reverse the charge. You have six weeks to protest a credit card charge. After that, you're SOL and will have to file a small claims court case. |

Don't wait another moment! Immediately file a chargeback with your credit card company and then the stealership will have to prove that the charge was authorized. Don't let them stall you or you may lose out. They are clearly scumbags.
If your looking to buy an RS, you might as well go buy a Saab 92x. Right now the dealers are blowing them out at crazy prices. |

Did you not notice that this was posted four years ago? I think it's a bit late to contact the CC co. if he hasn't done so.
