Bought my white 02 RS from them. They tried a few unscrupulous negotiation tactics, but this time I was better prepared. Came armed with internet offers and pre-approved financing numbers. Gave them $50 downpayment. (See Major Subaru post) Got a good deal, about 1.5% above invoice. I chose them because they had a service center affiliated with the dealership, and the salesman (Michael) was a good straight up guy. On a separate note.
Their affiliated service department wants to charge me $150 to change and balance 4 tires. Normal NYC price $50.

The want to charge me $150 to change the sway bar. When I asked them why it was so expensive, they told me that it was because they had never done anything like that before, so it might take a considerable amount of time. Time that they charge $75/hour for. So if it takes them 4 hours to figure it out, they want me to pay $300.

So at least they were honest. So I am not going to them for anything.

I had the same guy. My brother and I went there to buy 2 wrxin Feb, told us that the march allocation was all reserved already. So we still ordered 2 from the April allocation for 24500 with no options. end or march comes around and still Micheal told us that he had no cars for us even though he had gotten the April allocations. So we cancelled our order and had to report them to the NYC better business beauru becasue they took 5 weeks to return the deposit.
anyway, my bother bought his yellow WRx in Glen cove- sticker price in Mrch and I got miy wrx wagon in Jersey for $600 over invoice

Seems like buying cars in Queens is like ordering lobster in a diner. It is always too expensive and you never know what you are going to get.

Do you know any good shops to install stuff?
