winter tire help, and black rim help

ok so ima gonna need some snow treads... ive got some stock rims right now with some street tires, soo im going to get snow tread for my stocks and some black rims for for my street tires... so my question is what are some reasonable snow tire for the stock rim, and some nice gun-metal(ish) rims... im looking for the stock size :205-55R16, so ya hopefully you understood that... got any info. thanks

Ya, there are dozens of good winter tires out there, but they are all good at different things or are good at certain compromises. We need to know where you are and how you like to drive before we can give advice.
