Default FMIC Install <- Great Bumper fitment <- Not so great Question

Clear s the title says just installed a fmic on an 03 wrx not i know the fogs need to come out and they are and are on sale....however how do you get the alcoves out where the fogs mount? looks like they should pop out but dont? are they just molded inthere so you actually physically have to cut them out? any input would be appreciated, the more details the better thanks guys!

They're molded in; test fit twice, dremel once.

ne1 know of any frount mounts that allow you to keep the fogs? i've seen a few pictures of bug eyes with fmic's with fogs intact still.
