www.turnfast.com is a good one too

Covers all aspects of racing, from race preparation and seating position all the way to the physics of braking and cornering.

That first link is good if you are a math person and don't mind reading long boring technical documents. It has tons of great info in it.

However, drivingtechniques.co.uk is still my favorite hands down. I wish he'd update it though.
