Default Easy Ecu for Drive by Cable Cars

Background- I have a 2005 wrx 2.0 Usdm ECU with a Ecutek reflash.
I wanted to know if i upgrade to Easy Ecu will it allow me to turn off TGV codes in my WRX ecu like you can in the USDM STI Rom?

My only other solution to this is to either buy a 2003 - 2003 WRX ECU and have that ecu flashed and use it as i was told by many tuners those years had a rom avalible to do this but my 04-05 did not. My other option is to sell my Ecutek and buy a COBB Access Port that does do this. Or even more expensive a UTEC.
