Default installed springs, now the car is leaking fluid

well i just put on prodrive springs in the front and havent finished the back yet. i followed the directions from some of the posts on here. now its leaking fluid from the front middle of the car. what do you guys think could have went wrong?? does it sound like something major is wrong? im pretty worried about this. i just dont see what could have went wrong with a spring install

i went under there and popped it back in and heard a click, is that all i need to do? of course i will put more fluid in.
