It will certainly take meth and a 35 shot without a problem as long as you aren't running a fp green or 35r setup or something that is already pushing the limits...We had a wrx that ran a direct port 75 shot for over a year on race gas and it was fast, he finally blew the motor when he uped it to a 100shot...

so u think 50/50 meth and a 35 shot on a 116 map would be safe and quick too

you won't even need 116 if you run 50% meth and nitrous...if tuned properly you will be very safe...

I have an FP Red but I'm only pushing 422whp corrected which means 385whp uncorrected here at this altitude (5800 feet). I have a complete Nitrous kit in my garage from my WS6 LS1 that I'm thinking about installing with my Snow kit. I could activate when the nitrous with the pump wire.

For a small 35 shot, are we talking dry or wet nitrous?

You have to add fuel some how to not blow your **** up.

X amount of Oxygen needs X amount of fuel PERIOD.

If you run super rich and want to lean it out you can run a small shot, but then you have just eliminated your safety factor witch is y you were running rich to begin with.

If you have a fmic it makes the install very easy, if you don't then just mount the two nozzles as far apart as you can, I have my meth closer to the TB than the nitrous one...

Wet shot is the only type of nitrous I like to use...I wouldn't have it activated with the meth injection instantly as you may have a really lean condition suddenly...I would use some sort of manual switch for the nitrous that way if something goes wrong you just let off the switch and the nitrous stops spraying, I have my switch on the dead pedal of my evo...

So if you are already tuned for 100% alcohol and want to add Nitrous, a retune is needed? Or since its a small shot its not necessary?

Depends on your mods but a small 35 shot in most applications will be fine...

I have 4 cars currently running the combo, one was an evo and the motor kicked the bed at 50K miles when we tried running a 100 shot...the motor was a stock motor and the bottom end just couldn't take the additional torque...

If you look at the turbo GN which have been around since the early 80s they have been running this combo for a while...thats where I got the idea of doing it...

This is true but a subaru that we were running had a stock 2.0l with a vf34 and a direct port setup and held up for over a year of extreme abuse on a 75 shot. We finally toasted the motor when we upped it to a 100 shot. The thing with nitrous is that you have to know your limits, its very easy to just up the jet size and the added power is noticable but their is a certain point in which your motor will not take it any more. If you go with a small shot you will have no issues.

GN's don't have forged rods or crank like the STi has. Both share same crappy pistons.

It raises psi a little but nothing serious with a small shot...
