Default Turbos Turbos and More turbos! New goodies added!!!

Deadbolt Enterprises - Often Imitated, NEVER Duplicated!

Prices are effective thru 7-1-05

SHIPPING SPECIALS:
Standard turbochargers-$15.99
Larger turbos (Zilla & SuperZ) - $18.99

TURBOS

TD04 Turbos

REBUILT TD04 $399*
Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings.

MONSTER TD04 $599*
This is our original and most popular offering. Get a turbo upgrade without spending a ton of money. Quicker spoolup, much better "roll-on" acceleration, all new internals, we can even ceramic coat them for you!Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings. After the rebuild we perform our now-famous Monster Port(TM) procedure.

TD05H-16G Turbos

We were the first vendor in the US to market these on a large level, and still sell a TON of them all over the world! This turbo was originally never offered on the USDM WRX, or the later JDM versions as the compressor housing is not correct fitment for these models. We modify the inlet so that they fit perfectly on the USDM cars.
We include the metal coolant lines, banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return with gasket, and stainless steel downpipe studs at this price unlike some other vendors! $799.00*

MONSTER TD05H-16G! Special Order - Same unit as above, except that we perform our famous Monster Port(TM) on the turbine housing providing even quicker spoolup, better midrange, and enhanced top end.
$949.00*

ZILLA SERIES TURBOS!

Remember, unlike some other companies our ZILLA series INCLUDES Installed Coolant supply lines, banjo bolts, AND Oil return line AND downpipe studs! (Over $150 for all necessary parts if purchased separately from that other vendor)

The ZILLA(TM) lineup will include our famous Monster Port(TM) Service, Port Matching, Wastegate englargement, and exhaust housing inlet smoothing.

Coatings Included are Black Xtreme(TM) on exhaust housing, and Grey ceramic on compressor housing.

This is a LOT of turbo for the money!

WATER COOLED MODELS
Water cooled models include coolant supply lines, coolant supply banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return line with gasket and bolts, and stainless downpipe studs.
18G Oil and Water Cooled TD06 turbine - $1495.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD06 turbine - $1595.00*

18G Oil and Water Cooled TD05 turbine - $1295.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD05 turbine - $1395.00*

All prices quoted above are for internal wastegate setups. We can weld the wastegate closed on the turbo for use with the TIAL brand of wastegates we sell below.

As always, email deadboltenterprises@charter.net or PM us with any questions.

SUPERZILLA!!!

We have had the most response from this turbo by far! Sales and interest have far outpaced our original expectations.
The SuperZilla comes with all the port and ceramic work as our above listed Zilla series, however we have three different compressor wheels that can be installed! The standard SZ49 (49 lb wheel) will make your competition Green With Envy!, the upgraded 55 lb wheel will really scare them, then the 60 and 65 lb wheels for race applications will leave them sucking your exhaust fumes!

SuperZilla turbos are available with internal or external gate, water cooled, or by special request, non-water cooled (dry)cartridges.

SZ55 19PSI-pump / 26 PSI C16

SZ49-55 are available with a 3 inch or standard inlet. 3 inch inlet models require TGV deletes and a 3 inch inlet pipe.

SuperZilla SZ49 oil and water cooled internally gated - $1645.00
SuperZilla SZ49 oil cooled only internally gated - $1595.00
SuperZilla SZ49 oil and water cooled external gate setup* - $1595.00
SZ65 oil and water cooled Fat-boy EWG configuration* - $2195.00
SZ60 oil and water cooled Fat-boy EWG configuration* - $2145.00
SZ57 oil and water cooled Fat-boy EWG configuration* - $2095.00
SZ55 oil and water cooled Fat-boy IWG configuration - $1995.00
*Price does not include wastegate unit.

Also, we have now released the "Fat-boy" turbine wheel in very limited production. Unlike our competitors that claim other people's products as their own, this truly is a proprietary turbine wheel that we have that nobody else has.

NEWLY RELEASED AND READY TO SCARE YOUR NEIGHBORS!
MEGAZILLA MZ72
Our newest monster, the Megazilla MZ72 features our gigantic Tsunami 555 turbine wheel, and a truly gargantuan 72 lb/min compressor wheel. This is the largest stock location turbo in the world. IT IS NOT BOLT-ON!!! Tumble Generator Valve Deletes MUST be used and a 3 inch inlet pipe. This turbo is available in very limited quantities, and is special order only. $2495.00 + shipping.

NEW BUDGET SERIES TURBOS
Our products have never been the least expensive on the market, and we know that. We have recently gotten more and more requests from our customers to carry a budget series turbo that could save some money over our standard models so we have decided to offer these on a limited basis. The turbos below DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OF OUR PORTING OR COATING SERVICES!!! Water cooled models carry the same warranty and free rebuilds services as our Zilla series above, but NON-WATER COOLED MODELS DO NOT COME WITH FREE REBUILDS.

Prices for budget models include only the following accessories: Coolant lines, coolant banjo bolts, coolant banjo seals, oil return line, oil return line gasket, oil return line bolts, standard wastegate actuator. NO PORTING NO COATINGS.

Water Cooled Models (Wet cartridges)

TD05H-18G - $999.00

Since we have gotten so many requests from customers, we have added a Budget series to our lineup. These turbos do NOT include the porting work, or ceramic coatings that our other models carry, so the prices are adjusted to show that difference.

We make more and more of them, but we have not added it to our standard price list yet. We keep all the parts in stock to build them.

The wet housings are both water and oil cooled. The dry housing turbos are oil cooled only.

There are budget models in both water cooled and non-water cooled. Edited the description to be more clear.

The Monster Ported turbine housing and ceramic coating is usually good for between 300-500 RPM's to full boost.

Nope, we know about his. Can you PM his phone number to us? We are working on putting together some repair costs for the 25G and should have something worked out for him today.

Any recommendations for a turbo for an 06 TR? I am looking to build the car to 400awhp, which is probably around the max for the block. I would like it to hit at a reasonable RPM and not taper too much to redline, but I don't want to sacrifice a lot of power just to lower the spool up a little bit. Thanks

We usually don't like to quote wheel HP since we have seen some dramatic differences with different dyno machines, but using a DynoJet as a comparison tool, the SZ55/Fat-boy would get you where you want to be with proper tuning and supporting mods. On 93 octane this one usually reaches 400-410 wheel measured HP without meth injection and can get to 19 PSI by around 4000-4400 RPM. We have reports of quicker spool, but the majority is within that range.
