Hansen transmission and gear (i think that was it) is where I got my transmission rebuilt. They didn't charge much (relative to other shops), and they did a good job, i know this because my car still moves.

And install your damn cooler!

what are you beefing it up with? My 3rd gear just took a crap on me and I'm finding it very hard to find a vendor that has the RA set i want in stock.

ya, still have the tranny cooler sitting in the garage. don't have all the hardware to install it though. oh well. perhaps I will just get a new one or inexpensive one and use the parts from that as it's a good size cooler (handed down from EATWRX). maybe by spring if i get my TMIC i can install both of those at the same time... guess i gotta wait.

JC, when you looking to boost your trix?

well your test isn't until 2009 for your Matrix. putting on an intercooler and turbo would not cause the IM to fail. As long as all the required stuff is there your set.

my friend with his turbo Vibe did not have any issues in MI so I don't see how that can cause an issue here. If you have everything correct then you should be good. I mean come on... we got turbo cars here all the time passing all the time. Sure they are stock but the concept is the same.

00maddog would know for sure. He's our licensed IM guy.
