Default stock 2000 rs reflash question

i have a 2000 rs with a 04 sti tranny swap and rear drive train. it has a n/a ej25 with aem intake, headers, exhaust, and rebuilt top end. its just not accelerating smoothly and i want to reflash the computer. i know of only reflashing turbos but havent seen any applications for a n/a. anyone got any suggestions?

Currently I think iSpeed was able to reflash the older RS cars. I know the open source is working on 05/06 flashing but there currently is no support for anything older than that.

I-Speed

If you have cams, they have one in the works... Otherwise, their SRS-20 flash is meant for cars with intake/header/exhaust work and is tuned to take advantage of the engine's timing ability to make use of higher 91 octane.
