Default Thanks Peaty

Thanks Peaty!

I have completed most of the mods on my 2006 Tribeca that you have illustrated. They include puddle lights, hard wire of my GPS, trailer hitch, trailer lights and Rostra obstacle sensor.

I completed the ROSS yesterday and with your instructions it was truly a piece of cake. Thank you again; great job!!

One note on the ROSS. Because it utilizes microwave radar, my radar detector now goes off every time I go into reverse.

Happy to help Yes my detector goes off too when in reverse. I mention that on the install page at the bottom.

Yes Peaty....wish you were nearby as I could just leave my Tribeca with you for a makeover.

I'll soon be tackling the puddle lights. I'm hoping I'll make out ok.

The puddle lights are pretty simple. It's one of those things you just need to take your time on is all. A second set of hands would be nice because the trim is so long. You don't want to scuff it up on the garage floor in the process. If you are close I'd be happy to help

Peaty:

Not really close....Prince Edward Island Canada.

I'll let you know how I make out... With the pics on scoobymods plus the fact I don't have mud flaps....I think I should be ok.

I love PEI, I was there some time ago when took a motorcycle tour of parts of Canada starting in New Jersey (when I lived there)

Good luck, not having the flaps will be a plus for sure.
