Default Turbos Turbos Turbos! Also Thermotec and Tial Products-New pricing!

Deadbolt Enterprises - Often Imitated, NEVER duplicated!

NEW BUDGET SERIES TURBOS
Our products have never been the least expensive on the market, and we know that. We have recently gotten more and more requests from our customers to carry a budget series turbo that could save some money over our standard models so we have decided to offer these on a limited basis. The turbos below DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OF OUR PORTING OR COATING SERVICES!!! Water cooled models carry the same warranty and free rebuilds services as our Zilla series above, but NON-WATER COOLED MODELS DO NOT COME WITH FREE REBUILDS.

Prices for budget models include only the following accessories: Coolant lines, coolant banjo bolts, coolant banjo seals, oil return line, oil return line gasket, oil return line bolts, standard wastegate actuator. NO PORTING NO COATINGS.

Water Cooled Models (Wet cartridges)

TD05H-18G - $999.00
TD05H-20G - $1099.00
TD05H-Super16G - $899.00
TD06H-18G - $1199.00
TD06H-20G - $1299.00

TD06H-18G - $999.00
TD06H-20G - $1099.00

SHIPPING SPECIALS:
Standard turbochargers-$15.99
Larger Garrett Models (GT40, 42, etc.) - $18.99

STANDARD DEADBOLT TURBOS

TD04 Turbos

REBUILT TD04 $399*
Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings.

MONSTER TD04 $599*
This is our original and most popular offering. Get a turbo upgrade without spending a ton of money. Quicker spoolup, much better "roll-on" acceleration, all new internals, we can even ceramic coat them for you!Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings. After the rebuild we perform our now-famous Monster Port(TM) procedure.

Monster TD04 with upgraded compressor wheel - $799.00*
Same Monster TD04 as above, but with a larger, higher-volume compressor wheel and clipped turbine wheel for better midrange AND top end power. Nice turbo for folks running in race classes that require a "stock appearing turbocharger."

TD05H-16G Turbos

We were the first vendor in the US to market these on a large level, and still sell a TON of them all over the world! This turbo was originally never offered on the USDM WRX, or the later JDM versions as the compressor housing is not correct fitment for these models. We modify the inlet so that they fit perfectly on the USDM cars.
We include the metal coolant lines, banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return with gasket, and stainless steel downpipe studs at this price unlike some other vendors! $799.00*

MONSTER TD05H-16G! Special Order - Same unit as above, except that we perform our famous Monster Port(TM) on the turbine housing providing even quicker spoolup, better midrange, and enhanced top end.
$949.00*

ZILLA SERIES TURBOS!

Remember, unlike some other companies our ZILLA series INCLUDES Installed Coolant supply lines, banjo bolts, AND Oil return line AND downpipe studs! (Over $150 for all necessary parts if purchased separately from that other vendor)

The ZILLA(TM) lineup will include our famous Monster Port(TM) Service, Port Matching to downpipe gasket, Wastegate porting, and turbine housing inlet smoothing. TD06 and Fat-boy models also include port matching of turbine inlet to gasket.

Coatings Included are Black Xtreme(TM) on exhaust housing, and Grey ceramic on compressor housing.

This is a LOT of turbo for the money!

WATER COOLED MODELS
Water cooled models include coolant supply lines, coolant supply banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return line with gasket and bolts, and stainless downpipe studs.
18G Oil and Water Cooled TD06H turbine - $1445.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD06H turbine - $1545.00*
Super16G Oil & Water TD06H turbine $1345.00*

18G Oil and Water Cooled TD05H turbine - $1295.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD05H turbine - $1395.00*
Super16G Oil & Water TD05H turbine $1195.00*

3 inch inlet models of the 20G available at no additional cost, but require the use of Tumble Generator Valve deletes and 3 inch inlet tube.

All prices quoted above are for internal wastegate setups. We can weld the wastegate closed on the turbo for use with the TIAL brand of wastegates we sell below.

As always, email deadboltenterprises@charter.net or PM us with any questions.

SUPERZILLA!!!

SuperZilla turbos are available with internal or external gate, water cooled, or by special request, non-water cooled (dry)cartridges.

SZ55 19PSI-pump / 26 PSI C16

SZ49-55 are available with a 3 inch or standard inlet. 3 inch inlet models require TGV deletes and a 3 inch inlet pipe.

Limited time special pricing!

SuperZilla SZ49 oil and water cooled internally gated* - $1595.00

The only items with cores are the Monster TD04, which are priced not including the core refund. The rest of our products are all brand new, not rebuilds.

Trying once more on the two VF series we received about 60 days ago with no turbine housings. If nobody claims these quickly we will put them in our off-site storage.

Actually looking for the real owner. We have this type of thing happen on occasion, usually we don't have to wait this long however, I suppose the person that sent them is not in much of a rush (they have been here for almost 60 days now)

A couple of older VF's with no lines or housings. Not in the best shape, I am starting to wonder if the customer decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Yes, we have a couple different 16G offerings, either the straight inlet or a 90degree version for the older (non-US) WRX. Not much in the way of IHI's since the price increases, but on occasion we do get a decent used one here.

I have a couple questions for you. I think I know what some of your options do, but please correct me if I'm wrong. In particular I am shopping for a TD05-16G.

What gets ported when you do the Monster Port?

What do either of the coatings Black XTreme->turbine and and Ceramic->compressor coatings do for me? I think this is more for heat retention.

Compressor housing outlet port - smoother compressed airflow to the intercooler I guess. Does this make a significan't difference?

Turbine Wheel Clip - What exactly do you do for this and what kind of benefits/tradeoffs come with a clipped wheel?

I would assume that if I did every extra upgrade to a 16G turbo I would essentially have a quicker spooling turbo that can produce about the same power? Is this correct?

Edit: I did look for explanations of some of these options on your website, but found nothing. It would be sufficient if you had a link explaining what they do instead of typing it out.

The Monster Port(TM) setup is actually several services rolled into one package. We smooth the turbine inlet, port the wastegate, port match the turbine outlet to a factory gasket, and then do a lot of heavy resculpting/re-contouring and smoothing of the turbine discharge area.

The ceramic coatings are thermal barriers. The Black Xtreme(TM) product, when applied to the turbine housing will have a couple of benefits due to the increased thermal insulation. The extra heat retention will allow more energy to be transferred to the turbine wheel, giving better spoolup. The improved heat-holding capability will also help reduce underhood temperatures by a bit and help to avoid heat soaking a top mounted intercooler or front mount piping. The grey coating actually does the reverse. This coating is designed to keep the uppipe heat, engine heat, etc. from pre-heating the charge air.

The difference is not very great. This will smooth out throttle response and in some cases add 2-3 HP. The cost is not very great, but the benefit is not huge either.

Clipping refers to a system in which we remove the trailing edges of the turbine blades. This allows better airflow and less backpressure. When done properly there is a very slight (almost not-noticeable) slowing of spoolup time, but better exhaust evacuation can allow better top end power.

This is correct with the exception of the turbine wheel clip, which is not normally recommended on the 16G.
