Default Emails with everything in the subject line, nothing in the body?

Anyone else get them like this? My boss does this constantly, a 4-5 line (sometimes more) email in the subject line and the body of the email has nothing.....I asked him about it yesterday, and he said " I thought it was easier for everyone this way" I realize in this case there are links in the body, but most of the time there is nothing.
Example: Names have been hidden to protect the innocent.

I hate when people send no subject line emails with everything in the body.

because i haft to send maybe 2 or the 3 of the same emails because ppl won't read the body! its rather annoying so i end up sending 1 huge email with the subject line full.

I do it all the time if the subject is fewer than 30 characters or so, and contains all the info needed.

Example:
SUBJECT: When did you get to work?
BODY: <blank>

or

SUBJECT: Thanks for the pics, Rich! Andrea = hot!
BODY: <blank>

Is it an email system?
Is it a database?

Your guess is as good as mine.
