Default UTEC Tuners or anyone with tuning experience...

So my post in the EM forum is going horribly slow and I have time to work on the car right now...

4th gear pull, 70 degrees F 65% humidity.

Car has the XS Power TMIC, TurboXS TBE with Prodrive axleback, TurboXS ABC, and the latest generation UTEC (not flashed to 5.8 yet).

It seems I've worked through my knock issues around 3500RPM. Concerns are now that I'm reaching 100% IDC when I have no business being that high. I need to calibrate TPS as well as I'm not hitting 100% load either.

Primarily looking for recommendations. Looks like I can advance some timing around 5000RPM to redline and add some boost. 3000RPM to 5000RPM seems to be happy now. I could maybe try spooling a bit sooner or pulling some fuel down low.

Seems to be able to hold about 18PSI with 10.5:1 AFR which is what I'm aiming for.

SO, you have a wide band thats giving you that A/F ratio? Have you done a TPS calibration, if not you may want to check out wrxhackers.com where they have a good amount of people there that could help you with that.

Oh yea.... and doing to 5.8v will eliminate those nasty ol' knocks w/in the 3k rpm range. It is just a huge difference with the revision.

Yup, running the UTEC Tuner with a brand new O2 sensor. I've done a calibration already, that doesn't seem to be the issue. I think the boost thresholds may be off.

Boost is based off throttle position.
Load% isn't.
