Default FS: 2007 STi LIMITED

**SOLD**

Ok I know i'm gonna get many questions, Yes I am selling my new STi LIMITED. Very short lived, but has to be done. This is hands down the greatest car I have owned. So this is a bit saddening.

-Do I really want to? No not really.
-Is there anything wrong with it? Nope, nothing at all.
-Completely Stock
-Broken in properly.
-1st 1K oil change done.
-Clean and Zainoed

Here is the link to my craigslist ad: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/n...232784392.html

I'm asking 33K OBO. This car is practically brand new and you guys know how sick this car is. Most people are paying over sticker for this plus some. Here is the chance to get one practicaly new, already broken in right, and without all the BS from the Dealership!

Send me a PM if you are serious and would like to come check it out or test-drive.

You should part it out. Would you be willing to trade the lip for some Chihuahua dog sweaters? Winters coming and you don't want your precious pups to get cold.

Thanks Dystinct... was waiting for your comment.

Yes I am flexible on the price... but can only be so much, it's practically new. So good offers are more than welcome.

Regardless who ever takes this is gonna get a better price than they would at the dealership. True it is used, but still practically new.

This car has been more than well taken care of.

The story as much as I don't want to admit it is financial. Really the only reason I would let this kind of ride go.

I think Dystinct and Pylonius Maximus can let you guys know how much I love this car and how anal I am about keeping it clean and wash/waxed properly.

So not sure if I am going to be going german... just something less than half it's price and used.

Yes he is very anal.

On a serious note though.. The car has been taken care of. Waxed three times on date of purchase by RUMM with quality wax. It's a shame that he has to get rid of it.

Damn I saw this car and it looked liked it rolled off the showroom. How about your wheels, willing to sell those apart? (not the stock wheels)

Yes I could be willing to sell the wheels. They are a bit pricey. They retail for 399 each and the tires were about 95 each. Of course these are also like new. If I were to sell them I think i'd have to sell the set at $1750.00... retail was at $1980.00... thats about $230.00 off for basically brand new wheels... tires have been on for about 600 miles.

If you like, our preowned manager may be interested in purchasing it from you if you can't find a buyer.

P. S.: Why would you ask over new-car invoice for a used car?

Maybe because that is what he owes? Plus he did say OBO.

With that logic, how can a car dealer sell a car at MSRP or even above that?

Or does Annapolis not do that?

This is a Limited STi that you know just as well would rarely sell for invoice... most are selling for sticker... plus with all the added fee's people are coming OTD 35K+ so 33K OBO I don't think is out of hand. Still a great deal for a great car that is barely used. Also I mentioned that I am doing this for a purely financial reason so it would be in my best interest to try to get as much as I can while being legitimate to the potential buyers. That's what OBO is there for. Why do dealers sell cars 3-4K over invoice?

Dealer trade would be too low... but thanks for offering.

Thanks for the back up on that quote gents... I agree that was a bit out of line for Andy to write. Especially as I have said nice words about him before in the past on these boards!

Just posting that in someone's for sale thread is a bit lame.

Anyway, this car is t*ts and I know it has been cherished like a newborn from the first minute.

I know somebody will buy it, I just hope it's soon so i have the hottest car in the company again.

I think my comments weren't received the way I had hoped, so I digress. I made the initial offer to buy his car to help him out since it usually requires far less paperwork on the seller's side.

Pylonius: For the record, anyone from NASIOC pays under invoice for any car from me other than an STI Limited or spec.B, period.

Luke is a great guy, and I'm legitimately jealous of those wheels. No hard feelings...

Now, I'm done with the threadjack. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers...

Back to your regularly scheduled program.

R3D_RUMM, I'd love to see you keep your baby. Any chance you could put your stock rims back on, sell those expensive aftermarket wheels and make you car payments for the next 3-4 months? (your financial situation might get better in that time)
