Default target boost ?

Before you flame I have looked and searched and didnt find what I need ...

what is the boost target figures for a 2007 WRX TR ?
I installed a Maddad clarity boost gauge today and by that gauge it says my car is running 14.5 to 15.5 from onset right to red line
vacuum at idle is right between 19 to 21 inchs

the only mods are spt intake
stromung cat back
no tuning at all and no turning of wastegate arm ever

I have noticed that from day one (car was bought new ) that it seemed more responsive and a bit faster than other 06 / 07 I have driven and the tech at the dealership even asked if I had it tuned ( which I havent ) but until now didnt know what it was running for boost
any comments ??

~11.5psi

07's are usually prone to boost creep.. i believe the dealership has a reflash-fix for the 07. but first... are you sure that boost gauge is reading correctly?

its brand new and installed correctly and reads vacuum correctly so I would assume its reading correctly . this is not a creep issue as soon as I pound the throttle and boost come up its a solid 14.5 to 15.5 and only drops off maybe 1 pound towards redline ...

I know you all are saying boost creep . I have seen creep and its not acting like the creep I usually see . creep boost will come up to the desired target figure level out there for a second and then proceed to creep up . this is not doing this its going straight to 14.5 / 15.5 at full spool and staying there . There is no spiking or flucuation just rock steady boost and strong pull with little to none surge in power . I took it out again tonight alot cooler than today and still steady 14.5 to 15.5 . although I dont have the ability to log it there doesnt seem to be any pulled timing IE loss of power and everything sounds normal ..

stinomoremoney , anti lemon lemon ??

It's unlikely that he has a flawed gauge especially since it's reading vacuum correctly. There are better and worse rexs, he has a better one

I have tried 2 other boost gauges ( autometer & prosport ) same readings . I am somewhat puzzled as to why my boost is so high compared to other normal wrx's . anyone in the northcentral mass area that has the ability to logg my car willing to do so ??
