Default 2005 sti cluster into 2002 wrx

I searched and only found information regarding the 2004 sti into a 02/03 wrx.

So heres my question. will the 2005 sti cluster PnP with my harness? or do i need to cut a wire so the radio fuse wont blow?

it wont fit. theres a tab you have to cut along with a wire i think.
I also believe the lights for the BRAKE and DCCD and something else will be permanently lit up.
just get an 04.

05 sti cluster makes a horrible noise when plugged into a non 05
and you cannot make the noise go away.

it's just not going to work.

you need 2004.

yes you can.
just gotta be clever. (and Im not talking about removing the buzzer either)

In fact, simply plugging it in will cause a buzzer, DIFF TEMP, ABS, and your Radio Fuse to blow up.
