Default Anyone know the laws on selling a gun in AZ?

I have a Glock Model 22 (10mm) with upgraded adjustable site that I really don't need (translate: girlfriend doesn't want me to have it) and am thinking about selling it but i have no idea how to go about doing that in Arizona. can I just sell it or do I need some sort of ducumentation of the sale? it's only been fired once (2 magazines worth) at a range and cleaned and oiled right after that by my friend (class 3 certified whatever that means).

Thanks

Eric

So basically I can just trade it to someone for cash/check/ whatever without having to notify the local government. Just like selling a bike or something. scary but good for me!

Yep. No real restrictions to speak of. Make sure you keep a record of the sale along with name/DL# of the person who purchased. If the Police ever come to you about it, you can hand them the info. One note: Don't conduct the transaction near where you live. A cop friend of mine told me that several gun owners have been targeted by thieves after they found out that other guns might be in the home. Be careful.

You may consider having the sale go down at like ShootersWorld or a gun range somewhere. First you have lots of people around it's a pretty safe environment and your customer gets to try out the merchandise. Second like turbo said your not at your house.
