Does the cold weather have any effect on how my system shoud work. When the air was a little warmer my Flow Detector (Coolingmist Stage 2) when set at about 35 would lite up when I would hit about 3 pounds of boost. Now that it is cold it doesn't lite up until I hit about 10 pounds of boost. When I forst run the car it does'nt even lite up until the 3rd or 4th pull. I have checked and I have no leaks. And I am sure the kit is spraying.
Any thoughts? Anyone who has the Coolingmist flow light thing how consistent is your light?

I have no problems up here in Northern NY because of the outside temp. Try mixing a little more alky, I am assuming you are using alky. One of your nylon lines may be freezing. I would stay off the juice until your car is good and hot, are you running the clog noz. detector?
Where is your bottle? Long run may have that muck product to freeze. It hasnt even froze up here once, whats your weather been like in the city> Jay-R |

I havent had a single problem with my setup. I started out with a simple kit and I have gradually added the features to it. Not one problem. I dont know what kind of affects the cold could cause to our microprocessors in the controller. Maybe it could, just like leaving a computer in your car overnight, the next day it would have to warm up before it could work correctly.
just a thought, other than that no suggestions other than staying of the boost until everything is good and warmed up. Good luck Jay-R |
