Post 04 STi Fujita CAI on a 02 WRX

I recently bought a cold air intake from fujita, i just installed it about two days ago. but what iv'e noticed is that while in idle the car seems like it wants to shut off. and sometimes it won't even start unless i give some gas before it dies. i just want to know if its the cold air intake thats causing problems or if it something else. does anyone here know?

Fidel

Probably the CAI. Shouldn't have wasted your money unless you have EM and planned on a tune.

backwards maf

make sure the harness is pointing towards the front of the car, not the rear

edit: if its not that bad then its not the backwards maf, just something to check.... backwards maf would make it idle VERY rough and probably not stay started
