Default I can get a loaded 05 GT Ltd Wagon for $21G Good Deal or Not

So the car is a 05 gt ltd wagon w/ 21K on the clock. It is in perfect condition has a automatic and all options. Books for 23.5-24Gs and I can pick it up for 21G.

I love the fricken car, I have been wanting one since they came out 2 years ago, and now the style color leg I want is sitting on the Suby lot that my pops works at. Of course I would prefer a manual but the auto drives just fine IMO and is not a huge deal.

Appreciate all opinions.

sounds like a good price. It's always a good idea to spend the $100 or so to have the car privately inspected and if they find anything wrong, you can negotiate the price!

I'm assuming it's used or off lease then? Yeah get it inspected, and have some sort of extended warranty included for that price.
