Anyone here from Holloman area? need help.

Just poppin' into the SWIC forum cuz I'll be moving to that area in the next 1-4 months. don't know how many subie guys there are down there. (there are a lot in the Northwest

) just wondered what there is to do down there. what it's like living there. If you guys have places to meet, drives, racing, things like that. Also looking for a possible roommate.

If you browse through here you will find that we have meets every thursday and have local tuning days and also track days.

Holloman, as in Holloman AFB?

If that is the case, there is not really that much there. Closest road course would be Arroyo Seco in Deming, NM. It is approx 2 hours or so from there. Driving events there are cheap. I think the closest drag strip is in Roswell, NM as El Paso (closest major city) doesn't have one.

Albqu has a drag strip. One off rio bravo (unless it closed) and one on montgomery @ eubank...... lol
