It is not a good review, I am very unhappy to say the least. I was charged for something that I could have done myself, that hasn't even been fixed and it was a charge I was not advised of before hand. I will seriously consider going somewhere else next time. Can anyone on the board help?

Rob, sorry to hear that man! I thought Mastro had it going on? Well then again, each experience is different I guess. Bill Bryan is ok if you wanna make the drive out there to Winter Park. That's where I picked up my subie. So far, they have been pretty good. I emailed you back earlier too.

Have a talk with Pete or Steve Mastro, they are both very professional and are very concerned about their customers. If it's an issue that's not out of reason they are usually great about fixing the problem.
