Default Suspension questions

Right now I have an awful "fat people humping on a old bed" sound in the front end when I go over speed bumps, or any bump for that matter. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to quiet this. If not I want to upgrade the suspension and maybe drop it a weee bit. I am talking about bushings, swaybar, coilovers, the whole nine.

What should I do?
any suggestions on what brands and how to go about it all.

The squeak is most likely sway bar bushings. My explorer is doing the same right now, its just too cold for me to care about making it go away. You could loosen the swaybar mounts and spray some silicone spray on them. Don't use wd-40 as its Petroleum based and will make the rubber expand.

If you want to go all out coilovers. Helix and Megan Racing are the best deal around. For sway bars go with Perrin be sure to gte end links also. Might as well do an Anti-Lift kit while you are under there and steering rack bushings.

Thanks guys... I might just do the silicone thing for now, buy the parts and do the install later in spring.

Definatly can agree with Josh and the megan racing coilovers. Best bang for the buck, and he's always telling me how much he likes them.
