What pads and rotors are you getting?

That's a fairly easy DIY project.

to put on new pads and rotors with you supplying the parts would cost about $189

Just give me a call Eric at 261-0602 if you want us to install them for you. Ask for Phil

I agree. And unless your rotors are really warped/damaged, you can have them turned for very little $. My son and I recently did this on his wrx. As AKOBS said, pretty easy.

Agreed.

If they are all new, it's easy to install yourself. Just do a little mini meet install.

wrong.

that's for a brake job w/ rotor turn. new rotors don't get turned, so it would be a little less.

Is that for the front only, or both front and rear? That would be an excellent deal to turn rotors and install pads on all four corners.

btn_turtle: the pads aren't too expensive, but the rotors are. Definitely confirm it's necessary before replacing the rotors. My .02.

I figured he was upgrading and not replacing parts that are toast. Or doing both. If not, he'd probably just get the parts at Conti or something.

haha damn, i hadnt had time to check this cause ive been at work all day.
and yes, they are aftermarket. nothing too special, just got some EBC green stuff and EBC rotors. Through my work i get somewhat of a discount, so i was bored and got them....Actually they just came in today as well.

And i figured it would be a simple job, and i have tools and im sure i have enough, its just my other car is taking up the garage haha. so well see....

but what was the price, at Conti, for install the front and rear rotors and pads?
