Default Trading out Ecutek 2005 ECU????

Is there anyway found yet to succesfully swap ECU's with another 05 or other model year? It suck that I spent $850 on the Ecutek License and can never sell or trade and get some money back. I want to go with the Access port.

2005 non sti is fine to swap ecu, there is no immobilizer. Only the immobilizer cars make it difficult to swap ecu's.

Try swapping with another '05. If it doesn't work, swap back.

Im running someone elses 05 wrx ecutek now, i cant say it will stay in the car much longer.
Original ecu will be going back in for the same reasons the options suck.
