Thumbs up Star Subaru, Orlando, FL + Kelly (Service Related)

This is a tremendously overdue thanks to Kelly and the mechanics at Star Subaru in Orlando, FL.

Here's the long version:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...hlight=outback

But basically, my brother had a 97 Outback that he drove from NJ to FL (where he lives) and it developed a stuck injector about 90% of the way down to FL. Ended up getting it towed to Star for service.

Kelly was a dream to deal with. Obviously, being a NASIOC'er I'm big into email and she kept both me (and consequently my brother and his wife, the owners) abreast of the situation from start to finish. The car got flushed of the massive amount of gas, a new o2 sensor which failed, and an oil change.

Reports from the brother is that all has been good, and this is going on about 2 months now. Granted the car has 170,000 miles on it, so anything could go wrong again, but by all accounts anything that Star has fixed/taken care of was done properly, quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price.

Thanks Kelly and Star Subaru Service!
