Default Cusco Rear subframe and diffuser kit

Does anyone have this cusco rear subframe brace with the diffuser kit? JSCspeed has a great price on them. how difficult is the install and is there any cutting or drilling involved for an 07 wrx? clearance issues? i'm getting my prodrive springs, cusco 22mm front and rear sway bars and kartboy endlinks installed next week. i thought i might put this on while i'm at it. any thoughts or experiences?

its an easy install with no cutting. the hardest part is installing the bar, as it uses the same bolts as the swaybar brackts.
