Default suspension swap

I put this question of sf.org and no one seems to wanna give any feedback so I figured I would throw it up here to see what you guys think. I have been saving up a shed full of suspension awsomeness to swap on my foz. I will be addressing struts soon, as I have swifts and OEM struts now. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on or other supporting mods I missed or any thing that may help with this monster of a swap day that is coming. Here is what I have.
04 STi Steering rack
Whiteline Steering rack bushings
05 Sti LCAs
22mm FSB
22mm adj RSB
Rallitek endlinks f/r
07 Sti Lat Links
and on the way are TiC trailing arm bushings and a set of Kartboy botox bolts
My main question is should I use the rear LCA bushings from the Sti arms or my stock ones? Thanks

Just use the Sti ones and focus on making a solid strut decision. Struts will play a much larger role in your suspension than rear LCA bushings.. I'd read up on the various strut options: Sti takeoffs, D-Specs, Koni Inserts, AGX, etc... They all have their pros/cons, and you should be aware of them all.

Having said that, you'll probably get a similar response from people if you pose a question regarding which struts to get. Let me summarize the response you'll get: It's all a matter of preference, and knowing what you want for your car is not something other people can tell you, etc, etc..

A. to the best of my knowledge the 04 sti rack is the same ratio as your current rack, 05+ sti's used a slightly shorter rack, therefore swapping it would make no difference to what you have now.

as far as the lca's im not sure if the geometry of the sti and forester tranverse links( the rear bushing and housing) you should make sure they are the same side by side when installing them, im pretty sure your stuck with your stockers, my sf foresters transverse links are way different then my gd wrx's

other then that your looking good
