Question Aircare question.

For those with 2000 model cars when is the first aircare? In 2003 or 2002?

Just looked at your pm. Yea I know that trick. Are you sure it is 2002? Cuz Darren doesn't have to do air care for his car until 2003.

Question

Anything stopping you from doing aircare "early"? Is that even possible? Maybe change your insurance too after that!

aircare these days are kinda tough - don't how they will like you turbo when you have it (same problem here, except I have to get over the hump of spending huge amount of money and voiding my warranty in process)

The guys that did mine didn't pop the hood or I can't even remember if they scanned the underbellie with their mirror. The guy checked the gas cap, fired up the car, and erradically drove my RS on the dyno.

They don't care if you have a turbo or not.. you just need all the emission devices in your car.. If you don't then you fail.. But modifying they way the engine works might cause air care reading to be too high which will makd you fail.. then the problem would be how to fix it.
