Default paint touch up

Does anybody know of a good paint shop/mobile that does paint touch up? I have a rock chip on a sideskirt that is all the way down to the black plastic . The area is pretty small but noticeable. Suggestions appreciated. I'm in the Tempe area.

you can buy some paint from the dealer for 5 dollars. it paints on with a brush just like whiteout. if the chip is small enough then use a tooth pick to apply the paint. just so you know. I guess it depends on how bad the chip is.

I already gave up trying to keep chips off of my car. I've collected a fair share on the front of my car as well as other places.
