Default WTB: I need an old 8mm video camera

My old 8mm camcorder crap the bed and no longer will play tapes. I have lots of old stuff I want to transfer to VHS. I was wondering if anyone has an old one lying around that works and will play 8mm tapes. I asked on here a while ago but kinda forgot about it, but now I am in need of one. Let me knowif you have one around, I am ready to buy asap. Thanks

I'm not trying to be a smart ass but when you find one you might want to consider getting your old stuff on to DVD. Even DVD is on its way out, let alone VHS.

Yeah, why on earth would you want to convert to VHS?

When you're ready to do a conversion, the guys at Video Transfer have a very good reputation.

Dont go to sears, buy the camera you need, use it for what you need, then return it. That would be dishonest.
