Default Where is the seat belt chime on an 07 sti?

It's bugging me. I always wear my seat belt when driving, but when parking or working on the car running, the chime is bothering me. Can someone tell me where it is located?

Thanks!

There should also be a reference in your owners manual. It's something about clicking and unclicking the drivers side buckle 20 times within so many seconds.
