Default Keyless remote programming

I searched, but I couldn't find it. I'm sure one of you is going to link to it in about 10 seconds, but...

Anyways, how do you do it for a 98 with the rectangular remote with two buttons. I've done it once before and it was easy, but can't seem to find out how or remember.

All I could find were methods for a WRX, which I'm pretty sure is more complicated than mine will be.

thanks in advance.

Jared

how to program Subaru alarmCode Alarm Programming Button is under dashboard on the kick panel by the driver's left knee, left of the steering column. If you can't find it, it might still be tucked up in the wiring harness higher up in that same general area.
This button must be pressed while programming remotes or if the battery was disconnected and the lights are flashing.
