Question 15" rims on stock 98 LGT

Ok I know this sounds strange and is opposite of what is everyone is doing but is it possible to fit 15" rim on 98 Legacy Gt with stock brakes?? I have 16" rims on now(stock). Thanks

Yes, you should be able to. Many GT owners have 15" steelies for winter tires.

Are those Team Dynamic rally wheels you're running?

The 15" Legacy L alloys will also fit with stock GT brakes. That's what I used to run for my winter wheels.

I think WRX brakes fit under 15s aswell.

Only very open 15s. My 15x8 TE-37s fit, but my old 15x7" Raceline RL-7s wouldn't. I doubt the 15" Subaru alloys or steelies would fit, but I could be wrong.

^ Any OEM 15" subaru wheel does not clear WRX brakes
