When I sold the stock wheels off my truck I just packed them up in the boxes that my aftermarkets came in. I cant recall how much it was for sure, but I think it was about $30 per.

I've shipped a few before I was going to suggest to do it the same way Legacy GT05 did it. It's the cheapest for sure.

I just shipped my BBSs to Colorado for about 17 bucks each through UPS. They were individaully boxed with no tires. If you go to discout tire they have extra rim boxes sometimes.

If you have tires on them, you can do what LegacyGT did, though some places (FedEx) don't like duct tape on boxes. The last time I shipped wheels, we took industrial plastic and wrapped the wheels and tires in pairs. We packed the outside of the wheels facing each other, put a piece of cardboard in between, and wrapped everything up nice and tight. About 40 bucks per pair of wheels via FedEx Ground.
